It's fast, it's furious, and it's totally untamed, the Buell Lightning will really twirl your ribbons if you like unconventional, attention grabbing sometimes quirky bikes with an attitude.

Erick Buell made this a bike with a lot of get up and go and beginners may find it get up and going without them if they're not careful off the line. Don't let the diminutive size fool you into thinking this little speedster is a kiddie toy.

It has a place for a passenger—barely and it's not a particularly comfortable place. This isn't a couple's cruiser anyway; it's a single ticket trip to fun.

This 1203cc 2 cylinder 4-stroke powerhouse will put your eyes in the back of your head as you fly down the highway. There won't be any wind protection though so be prepared to brace your stomach muscles to keep you upright.

Fuel injection gives this coach 100 ponies at 6600 rpm and an aluminum frame keeps it light and airy. A shaft drive replaced the transmission belt to give it more torque than its predecessor making it a horse with a big jump.

It's as impressive style wise to look at as any bike out there and will get you plenty of attention at stop lights.
