The BMW F650GS Dakar is the sport version of the F650GS – and enduro/off-road bike for the super-aggressive rider who wants to take a long trip or rip through gravel tracks. It is great for riding back and forth to work, especially if you live in an area where the roads are rather bumpy.

The BMW F650GS Dakar is made for a single rider. The seat is 34.3 inches, and if it is adjustable, this is the lowest setting. Even so, because of the bike’s light weight of 390 pounds (dry), even someone with short legs can ride it comfortably, as there is not much weight to hold up, even at a slight angle.

It is fed by electronic fuel injection from a tank that holds 4.57 gallons of fuel. It is backed up by a five-speed transmission with a wet, multi-disc clutch, which transfers power via a chain drive to the rear wheel.
