It has the look and feel of a retro bike that has its kin in the 60's but the comfort, power, and paddings of a modern world cruiser. It is a comfortable ride that anyone can fall in love with and pleasing to the eye for anyone it passes, and pass it will.

A v-twin 1099cc engine pumps power into the low to the ground Shadow Sabre. The whole Shadow lineup from Honda is a well-balanced low-seated dream machine ride but the Sabre puts just a little bit of height into the mix with a 27.2 inch seat that makes it feel a little less on the ground while making it possible for even a short rider to feel comfortable.

The Shadow Sabre is a bit of a heavy-weight although as cruisers go its 577 pounds isn't anywhere near a maximum weight. It will still be difficult for a smaller person to right if it hits the ground. Luckily that isn't too much of a worry since the very powerful, but very controllable Sabre is a stable ride for anyone beginner to expert.

Advantages: Comfortable ride, easy maintenance, great looks, low cost.

Disadvantages: It is pretty hard to fault the Shadow line in Honda for a great, comfortable, easy to manage cruiser. Possibly the only fault in the Sabre is it is essentially the same bike as the Aero with just a few more cc's of power and costs a lot more.
