For anyone who loves a low riding cruiser the Honda Shadow VLX will do the trick. With its 25.6 inch seat if you got any lower you would be sitting on the ground, but with the VLX you won't have to wonder where you are at—the power will tell you.

The Honda Shadow VLX is a basic bare bike cruiser that offers great flexibility and class. It has a 583cc three-valve cylinder head engine with a liquid cooled carburetor. Special finned cylinders add a special eye-appeal to an already stealthy looking bike and the dual exhaust gives you plenty of heart-warming rumble.

Honda improved on their often finicky cam chain with the Shadow series and the VLX is very low maintenance and as a reliable as it is controllable. It has a wide-ratio 4-speed transmission that makes it possible to gather up plenty of torque and still be smooth in transitions.

This is an excellent beginner bike for ladies, gents, and every wild at heart hooligan that wants a blasting ride that can go for miles.
