The KTM SX 85 is a racing bike with a fully adjustable PDS system. It is a minibike/cross (sport minicycle). This is a good bike for teens older than 11 years or adults. It is one of the better bikes for off-highway competitions.

The 84.90 ccm engine is a single cylinder, two-stroke engine, which means you will need to have a gas/oil mixture to run this bike. It is fueled by a Keihin PWK 28 carburetor. Kick start the Moric digital 2M1 ignition for a fun ride. The engine is liquid cooled. All of this is backed by a six-speed transmission with a wet multi-disc, hydraulic clutch. The final drive is a chain.

The front suspension uses the WP USD 43mm forks with 10.6 inches of travel and the rear uses a WP monoshock with 4.9 inches of travel. Both front and rear brakes us a Bremo single disc. The front rotor is 8.7 inches and the rear is 7.9 inches.

The KTM SX 85’s frame is a double grinded central double-cradle-type frame with a 24 degree rake. It weighs in at 145.5 pounds. The seat height is 33.3 inches, and on the bikes with adjustable seats, this is the lowest setting. The ground clearance gives plenty of room for those larger bumps at 15.2 inches. The bike holds 1.32 gallons of gase.
