In the 1990's when a mini-war over cruiser supremacy waged between the biking superpowers Suzuki pulled out all the stops in the 800 class. Their bikes had an underlying power that belied their attempt to look like a cushiony luxury bike. They were made to produce long distance staying capabilities with the engine to get them anywhere fast and smooth. When the cruiser wars ended Suzuki focused on sports and speed but in 2005 it rekindled its love for the open road with the new Boulevard lineup. The Suzuki Boulevard C50 became the modern version of the classic Volusia with the modern day capabilities added to make it a custom cruiser.

The Boulevard C50 is a pretty bike with its two toned paint job and lots and lots of chrome but Suzuki is never content to rest on beauty. This bike is a fully functional cruiser. A v-twin liquid cooled 4-stroke engine, electric starter, 5-speed transmission, and disc brakes all make it a true joy to ride. It starts easy, stops great, and everything in between is a dream.

A 4.1 gallon (15.5 litre) gas tank keeps it cruising along all day. The 27.6 inch (700mm) seat provides the perfect perch for any size rider and 542 pounds (246kg) is light enough with this well balanced bike for anyone to handle.
